OT: A proud Syracuse moment for a parent...

So, I grew up in Syracuse in the Wescott/Euclid area, and I am a Syracuse grad. As much as it pains me, I moved to Ohio the summer after I graduated and have lived here for over a decade (hate the Buckeyes now when I used to be indifferent). Both my kids are Ohio born. Last night, my 3 year old son says to me with thoughtful gravitas, "Dad, can I wear my Syracuse socks to bed tonight?"... yes son, yes you can, he's coming along. Haha proud parent moment for a lifelong Orange fan, hoping to add two more to the fandom roster!

We lived in Arizona when my son was one. We were flying back for the holidays and I pointed out the window and said, "look, there's Syracuse." My kids says "basssabahhh!" For him, Syracuse wasn't a place or a university. It was basketball.
