Say we’re = in talent to Wake... what are the odds that our common opponent score differentials are all the same? The odds would be astronomical even though we have the same abilities.
Teams don’t show up, teams cave, teams outplay their ability every weekend. It’s a lot like roulette imo, four blacks in a row has you thinking red, but the odds remain the same regardless of prior outcomes.
Each game is its own individual event regardless of last week’s outcome. I would not be surprised to see us blow UNC’s doors off or be in a dog fight, but the talent level is the same regardless.
20 yr olds are highly unpredictable, but I’ve never had one who would outright lay down. And I’ve certainly never met a coach that would either.

It’s not odd. Clemson does that to teams.
