BC is having an awful recruiting year. That program is in a free fall. It is an absolute disaster area. It will be interesting to see who they get as their new HC.

In the meantime, there are strong rumors out of Happy Valley that Bill O'Brien is not happy and will be leaving for an NFL job after this season.

There is extreme instability in the East right now. It is a great time to be a re-emerging power.

Now the wheels seem to have come off. The QB recruit they landed from Connecticut, Tim Boyle, is very good, classic in the BC style of dropback QBs. I have to believe they bring in a new coach.

How can you focus on coaching, while keeping your players focused, dealing with constant noise from the largest controversy in the history of college football, if not all of the major American sports?

If OBrien leaves we have GOT to jump on that. They still have a bunch of nice recruits who could help us.

Coach Spaz just ain't very good. They really just flat-lined this year after he's been leading a 3-year decline.

His first two seasons were 8-5 and 7-6, which came after Jagodzinski's 11-3 and 9-5, and O'Brien's three straight 9-3's to end his tenure there.

Up until this season BC had a better record since 2005 than Florida State, which is pretty crazy.

They'll get a new coach and rebuild.

Yeah, either one for sure. But it would be nice to get it "in style" against an SEC team on the road, and this week, instead of next.

Find it hard to believe that O'Brien is leaving.

The PSU fans I know here in Philly really like him.

Nobody has suggested that he is unhappy or has been surprised by his experience in State College.
