OT - Could Lance Stephenson be behind the Pacers problems???

Was reading this article, and the subject was about Vogel coaching for his job, but then it mentions some internal problems within the team and good ole boy Lance is mentioned a few times. Maybe if he's the main problem, it's time to sit him down, then trade his butt after the season is over. Why fire the coach if he's the problem which makes no sense.
