Technically it's the 4th Department Appellate of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. It's located in Rochester
This will be going to the New York State Court if Apeals by virtue of the three to two decision. Any other vote they must get permission to appeal.

two days before basketballs second practice of the season. They are hurting the whole team over a 1 heated interview where jb might have said something he shouldn't have. Oh the emotional trauma must have been so devestating over what he said. IF this whole thing wasn't about money before it is now.
Maybe JB should countersue and tell them to leave him the alone. Get a life and move on so they stop coming back. Go after Bernie if you must. This is a total disgrace that jb was ever brought into this and might have to listen to it every year for the next 10 years.

By trying to sue JB, they have proven JB's comments that they were trying to get money. And if Bernie was guilty, why haven't they filed a civil suit against him? Oh yeah...JB has more money. Looking more and more like Bernie got railroaded

Statue of limitations ran out against Bernie. JB is not being sued for anything directly related to the alleged abuse. His potential liability didnt start to run until he opened his mouth.
I'm aware that the statute of limitations ran out for Bernie regarding criminal proceedings. I was referring to them not filing a civil suit against Bernie. Is there a statute of limitations for civil suits as well?
Also, I love how people like to get on JB for opening his mouth. They brought JB into the story when stuff like JB saw me in his room on away trips was said...JB should have known etc... He has a right to fire back at that point and 2 courts have already proven that he has that right by throwing out the ridiculous lawsuits.

And that is the best scene in that entire commercial. Something about the Cheerios flying everywhere and the look on the kid's face makes me laugh when I see it.
