OT: dish network regional sports channels

Can college football games from out of market regional sports channels be seen in any market?

For example, the game this weekend is on a number of regional sports channels, but not my local one. Would I be able to watch the game on these out of market channels if I have the sports pack?

The answer should be yes. At least it is on DirecTV.
