If your NFL team is in the playoffs, you have the chance to bring back one former offensive and one former defensive player for the postseason. Who do you choose?

I don't care that my team isn't in it, I'm doing the Giants:

LT on D.
OBJ on O (we need that #1 WR).

Rivers has a noodle arm! Peyton all the way.
Yeah I assume the question implies players from their prime. Prime manning >>>>>> current rivers

Broncos (though I really don't follow NFL anymore)

Elway
2015 Von Miller

I actually might go Harrison and Freeney. I feel like adding Harrison to that receiving core is a bigger upgrade than Rivers to Peyton.
How about Freeney and Mackey?

Packers

Reggie White
Forrest Gregg or Chad Clifton

Jim Taylor would be another good one. He actually beat out Jim Brown one year for first team all pro when he ran for almost 1500 yards and scored 19 touchdowns.

Lions may end up in the playoffs at some point. I'll go Barry Sanders and Chris Spielman.

Yeah, I was more thinking this current playoff situation. Could always use more pressure on the QB and with Aaron’s left tackle out, need some support there. I almost went with Sterling Sharpe, but Aaron seems just fine passing to who he’s got.

If the Eagles were in...
Brian Dawkins
Jon Runyon and/or Tra Thomas

Not my team; but Chiefs Upshaw and Bell. They don’t need anything on offense.
Man different era.
More modern on offense I'd add Willie Roaf. On Defense Derrick Thomas
