OT - help, I'm literally shaking

I don't know how to respond to this "gift" that I was given for Christmas by my sister. She thought it would be "funny". I've called my therapist to no avail. I even called 911, and they sent a squad car over and for some bizarre reason, they were thinking about arresting me over the call. I don't know where else to turn. There has to be consequences for someone destroying my life like this.

One year I received a "History of Georgetown Basketball " coffee table book. It was a serious gift for a reason. Needless to say, it's never been open.
