He is in a shouting match with an investigative reporter from the Daily news over Arod it is absolutely hilarious.
Awful Announcing @awfulannouncing
When the Founding Fathers signed their names on the Constitution, this Mike Francesa segment is what they had in mind for a free republic.
that was classic.
i came in around 130 and caught the rest.
every show that is on 660, is vastly different from each other.
is it just me, or does sports talk radio seem to be a BOOMING market.
in the age of 80inch hdtv screens for $300, it just seems odd to me.
but i love it.
thanks for the news flash.people still drive to work
and cant watch tv at work
thanks for the news flash.
didnt realize that.
Whatever, but that's nothing new. People have been listening in their cars forever, but the format and the following has just gotten larger, much even.im honestly having trouble deciphering the tone? are you being a douche bag? if so, why?
i didnt mean anything. just pointing out that talk radio does seem to be thriving and its because of the 9-5ers of the world.
I think music has gotten so bad that more people have turned to talk radio.Whatever, but that's nothing new. People have been listening in their cars forever, but the format and the following has just gotten larger, much even.
CBS, has a radio channel. ESPN has a radio channel. Radio shows are all over tv now. Everybody has these super tvs and tv channels just drop a camera in a radio booth and leave it on for 4 or however hours and it eats up ratings.
Crazy.

I am 42. And I probably sound like a geezer, but I can't stand top 40 radio and the rest is getting boring.OMG! That's it! But I thought I would sound like a typical geezer if I would have said the same thing. Please tell me you're not over 50!

Patrick and cowherd should have lousy ratings.Nah, Ratings for these shows are awful.
Check Dan Patrick's ratings on NBCSN or Cowherd on ESPNU

What they are is cheap to produce...that's about it.
If the founding fathers had any clue about technology and what is now available, I'm guessing there would be about ten to fifteen more amendments in the Bill of Rights. MINIMUM. No I can't begin to think of what they might be but certain "limits" might have been imposed.Tomm and John did a great job regardless.Awful Announcing @awfulannouncing

What's your benchmark?I'm 29 and most current music is trash.
Agreed. I miss being able to listen to that.Listening to Francesa watch the NCAA tourney or a golf major is fascinating too btw.
