Haven't seen this mentioned, looks like Pugh got in a little punching match with a Dlineman during camp.

thought I read where Pugh stated he rather coach yell at him for getting in a fight as opposed to not getting in one, was classic

couple things...
1. Pugh was playing LT. for those of you not scoring at home, hes been the RT his 1st 2 years, was inline to be the LG this year, then Beatty got hurt and yesterday Flowers came up with a hip flexor so he moved outside 1 spot. not sure how to judge this. since LG is new, i wanted him to get as many reps as possible there, but the Giants stress being able to play multiple positions so i guess its a good thing. Flowers being out is really not good, hopefully hes back today.
2. the fight was with 'DaMonster' DaMontre Moore. also in Pugh's draft class (they were overheard telling each other 'im glad it was with you, lets move on') who has been 1/2 a DE for the last few years...all pass-rush, no run-defend. hes been having a good camp, showing lots of fight and will be counted on heavily with JPP out.

Like when the media try's to make a story about it, just two guys (and some) goin at it. Nothing wrong with that. Until somebody gets injured but didn't happen.

Pretty much. If you've played football at any level you've seen or taken part in a fight in practice. Nature of the beast with that much testosterone flying around and all players trying to secure their spot on the depth chart ass both players involved are looking to do.
