Kelley is quickly proving to be better than 3 out of the 4 (TC having the hardware and alum status). He's a keeper. Eagles O is fantastic, D is improving.

RG3's struggles this year notwithstanding, Washington is probably a much better QB situation than your typical job opening. That's not a coincidence.

Proven = lucking into a great QB in most cases. I'd take Kelly over most "proven" coaches.
