Funny story. We had an Assistant Coach in college (2002-05) that was in his late 60's early 70's at the time. This would've put him in college in roughly the late 40's or early 50's. He was a borderline Division I TE/DE (they all played both ways at the time). Not happy with his first four years at one institution, changed his name and enrolled at another, played another 4 years at a different institution. I never got the details from him on how it was possible, but, we did substantiate the information for both individuals at both institutions. Absolutley crazy to me that you could get away with this.
