Some real inconsistencies.. the number of official visits reduction is pretty high considering they only lose 1 scholly each year for 3 years. Or how about the fact that they levied a "show-cause" penalty on Kelly. So the penalty was severe enough to ensure he doesn't coach in the NCAA for 3 years, but only lose 1 scholly for 3 years.
The real question that lingers in my mind since this investigation carried on for a while... considering the severity of the sanctions, is it really worth the cost of an investigation?
