OT: Phil Martelli and the NCAA are pathetic

Wow, I'm terrible at following twitter exchanges, but it seems like Lunardi is either A) messing around, or B) knows something more?

Sure seems like he knows something or is covering for Martelli. Bilas really crushed him.

Is he covering for Martelli? Seems like the opposite; like when he mentioned he's employed by St. Joes "for now".

But I can never seem to follow twitter, like I said. I'm never 100% sure who is saying what...

If you look at the makeup of St. Joe's roster, it is hard to believe that a 7' senior who played a fair amount as a sophomore wouldn't be in their plans, unless he is out of their plans because of attitude or discipline or something of that nature.

I looked at the minimal minutes he played last year after playing loads his sophomore year. Can't blame the kid for being discouraged but thinking about it more maybe he was being disciplined by SJU for his actions in covering up a laptop by not playing and he knew it. Regardless why would you want a kid like that if it's true. Revenge never works out well just like it probably won't for Martelli, SJU nor this kid. They will all look like losers.

Summer classes thing is moot, since O'Brien offered to pay the tuition back to SJU and SJU still refused waiver. So it can't be that.
