yeah, he looks awful but when the stitches come out & the hair grows back it won't be so bad. and he is so much happier now. i'm glad we had the means to do this - he's still full of life it would have been terrible to have put him down.oh Smokey. Poor guy. Glad he's in better spirits now

My experience with animals that have handicaps, losing a leg, being blind, etc is that it's not a handicap. They adapt and do well. Some dogs with three legs you would never know. Best of luck to Smokey. May he live a long life.yeah, he looks awful but when the stitches come out & the hair grows back it won't be so bad. and he is so much happier now. i'm glad we had the means to do this - he's still full of life it would have been terrible to have put him down.
We spent over 3k on our cat about a year ago, and he's been a beast ever since. He's like 13 now and plays more than he had in a decade. He's got a little girlfriend next door who kicks his butt daily, and he loves it.yeah, he looks awful but when the stitches come out & the hair grows back it won't be so bad. and he is so much happier now. i'm glad we had the means to do this - he's still full of life it would have been terrible to have put him down.
