Sorry, I know I should be mad about the game. But I'm mad about something far more impactful, and that's the NCAA being absolutely heartless in the face of a natural disaster.

Why can't LSU auction off the jersey and donate the money?

I'm sure they'd find a way to call that a violation, too.

Leonard Fournette went through Katrina. He knows what it's like to be a victim like the people in SC. It's absolutely sickening that the NCAA won't let him help them.

They've become a worthless, irrelevant bureaucracy.

Emmert is the worst. Can't wait for the P5 to break away from that corrupt $ham of an enforcement body.

I mean, what could the reasoning possibly be? "Here's a victim of Katrina, who happens to be the best player in our most profitable sport, trying to turn around and 'pay if forward' to victims of flooding. Let's stop him!"

It's so tone deaf it's mind numbing.

If you hate the NCAA over this wait till Rick Pitino and Louisville get off with a slap on the wrist or no punishment at all

Because of precedent. You allow him to and you open the door for future players/events which may not be as genuine. It sucks but the schools gave and continue to give the ncaa this power.
