Seems like the league has evidence it was in existence for the last three years...since Doug has been here for three years that would mean he left before it started. Which would also mean he has no reason to address the issue publicly.

Only slight on topic here but Roger Goodell comes off as a hypocrite to me when it comes to player safety when he talks about the preseason games. Yes it seems most fans want to get rid of 2 preseason games but he keeps making up that we want 2 regular season games added. Only reason he says this is because of the revenue that would be lost. But I personally haven't heard too many fans that want 2 more regular season games because it just gives 2 more games for all of the players to get hurt - which there is too much of anyway.
