This isn't a knock on the olympic sports as it's great to see some of them break through, but not sure it's worth the investment across the board.

Our non-revenue sports were largely terrible under Jake. It was embarrassing.

Gross has done a great job of building an "Athletics" Department, not just a "Men's Basketball/Men's Lacrosse/Football" Department.

By the way, I know some of you here played non-revenue sports in the Jake era, and I really didn't mean to diminish what you did. I just felt that you didn't get nearly the kind of support you should have.
