OT- Syracuse Clam place

My buddy (originally from Mexico, NY) just got back from a visit to Syracuse. Keeps raving about this clam place in Syracuse, says I need to check it out on my upcoming trip. Idiot can't remember the name of the place tho. Says it might be off Taft.. Any help?

If he is talking about going to a huge assed clambake it is Hinerwadels. If it is a restaurant then it is The Clam Bar as cuseregular linked. It is very good...but they had a change in ownership about a year ago. I noticed things were not as good. Still a very good clam and seafood restaurant...just not sure it is a great seafood restaurant anymore.

The steamers at the Clam Bar are still awesome though and they serve great drinks...just thought the Haddock wasn't as good. I'll visit them again in May...I'll report back what I think
