[*]extra cool cups/koozies for beer cans and bottles
[*]make sure you have a container or shopping bag designated for the dirty stuff that needs to go back into the house for cleaning. It's much easier than trying to weed through a gillion containers hastily thrown into the back of the truck, especially if you have folks that offer to help you pack up the tailgate.
