Why in the feck is there a U ad at the top of my screen? It says, "Come to the U and learn how to win championships". Well no shiit, we all know how you win championships. You cheat. And you can't even win cheating.

Here's another one. Because Mike Irvin is a role model alright.

You probably visited a UM site. Many of the ads are targeted ads based on your own activity using cookies.

I was getting the same thing. I haven't been to any Miami websites so I'm not sure why.
Maybe if 'Miami' shows up in the content on the page enough times, you get the banners.
Any way you cut it, it blows.

Mine is a 1-800 Flowers. Interestingly, I used 1-800 Flowers two weeks ago. Obviously, this ad banner is scanning cookies on your computer and posting ads based on your site visits. Soooooo, why on earth were you visiting a Canes website?

Mine is a Ford advertisement. I've never owned a Ford and have not been browsing car sites. Perhaps my computer has been hacked?

Mine are for Viagra and gator aid

Mine are ads for deep fried Oreos and women in lingerie.

No comment.

In related news - the last time the U won anything? They don't even have ac ACC championship.

Damn! If I start seeing banner ads for Georgetown University somebody in my household is going to be in a sh$tload of trouble.

I did see a Georgetown banner! That's when i said enough is enough! I got me Adblock, quick!

Blame their focking ticket sales policy!

All I see is ads for The Scooter Store...

I've never visited the U site. Never will either. I understand cookie ads, but this one doesn't make sense.

You don't have to enter "Miami". A number of [cookie] terms will also generate the ad:

- grill;
- basket-weaving;
- smack;
- thug . . . , etc.

Visit the Bad Idea T-Shirt site and hope you get the chick with the "ketchup secret" (Seinfeld reference) on your banner.
