Don't think there's ever been an incident in the Dome worthy of this but certainly most pro stadiums would benefit from this approach to making the game day experience better.

The problem at Bills games is that the undercover officers would get drunk start fights and end up being arrested or shooting some defenseless fan. They could also show up wearing Hamilton Tigercat jerseys and half the fans would be high fiving them and buying them beer. Wrong league....
