Eh, couple 100 thousand "sounded" cool chanting Hope & Change back in November 2008. If everyone is in unison, anything sounds good.

Maybe it's the whole USA being a ridiculous underdog that bothers me. Who knows.

I do enjoy the World Cup though, and can't wait to watch today. I mean, ahem, "work'.

Utah State's execution was awesome. I think it an be ok as long as there are a minimum of 1000 closely packed people and they go sincerely nuts when it comes time of the chant.

An individual or a few going straight to the 'I believe...' without the town cryer leading the effort is completely lame.

They tried to get us to do the I Believe chant when I was at Alabama for the "Game of the Century" against LSU but us students weren't having it.

It is lame but for some reason I feel like it fits for USA soccer.

Almost every soccer chant is stolen from somewhere else. How many Premiere League chants are just making up new words to pop songs?
