Today, Virginia Tech Athletics released a video showing the completed and equipped Merryman Center weight room, a project three years in the making.

says they spent $25million. Also, doing the math, that weight room was over $800/SF. I don't know if they pay for the weights, or include that but that is a fortune in Southern Virginia dollars (that's a lot for NYC).

No, all in. I think it was $5m on the weight room and $20 for the rest of the facility. The $20m was 33% over budget ($15m)
