Pitt flagged for having two players with the same number (#3) on a punt. I can’t remember ever seeing that before.

I’m pretty certain we had the same penalty against us earlier this season. Can’t remember which game.

One team did this on a punt return this season and didn’t get called for it.

how is that an advantage on a punt. (unless #3 happens to be the punter)
