Following the famous snowplow game in '82 the NFL banned the use of snow plowing the field during a game. I guess they can shovel the 5 yard increment lines.

Except that it'd be IMPOSSIBLE to entirely clear the field in 15-20 minutes... Meaning one side (team) would would ultimately have an unintentional advantage.

Why don't they just use their dome like most teams with a good stadium do?

i dont see why it would be hard to clear a field in 30 min with the right equipment.. whether they could find that equipment on short notice is the bigger question.
