I live in Delaware, and Wilmington has become a shooting gallery, largely due to drug trafficking along the I-95 corridor. West Virginia running back Wendell Smallwood allegedly tried to keep witnesses from coming forward in a fatal Wilmington homicide:

He transferred into Eastern Christian his senior year and quit playing basketball, concentrating on football. So I don't think they ever played together
