Dion or CJ getting pushed like 5 feet and just about out of bounce on the baseline was downright laughable. We hit the three in the corner though

watch any college hoops game...moving screens is all you see at the top of the key in every game.. Its like holding in football...happens every play.

And to make an analogy to your analogy, I remember thinking that holding in football reminded me of government laws, where they have so many they can pick and choose whom to enforce them against, and when to ignore them.
