Yes, if we win 5, we can have no less than 2 losses. ND already has 3.

Yes - with 5 wins/losses we would be ahead of ND by a game at the end of the season...if we only end up with a combo of 4 wins/losses we would tie ND and end up in 2nd via the tiebreaker.
