Our Offense is really bad

Can a change in offensive scheme really help improve this offense? Lester, who is chomping at the bit to install "his offense". If it doesn't look better than the current offense, then where do we go?

To answer your question, no where mid season next year.

Frankly Lester had his audition, there has been next to no improvement. Was it 'his' offense? No, but what has he shown to give you confidence when he puts in 'his' offense (which btw won't be extremely different from Cool Kids)?

I have said it in a few threads now, we shouldn't be looking to keep Lester, we should be interviewing pretty much anybody willing to apply for the gig and trying to find a system that can work with the players we have now, and one that can get better as that staff gets their own players.

Yes moving on from Lester will undoubtedly mean losing some commits. But what's the point of keeping kids committed to us only to have them not perform or not develop because of terrible coaching?
