Miami's 2012-13 RPI of 4 was kind of an aberration when compared to their performance over the last decade.

Since 2004, Miami has had RPIs of:

60 in 2012
73 in 2011
99 in 2010
65 in 2009
33 in 2008
159 in 2007
77 in 2006
99 in 2005
160 in 2004

For a 10 year average of 82.9 with only ONE other season (besides last year) in the top-50 and two in the top-60.

To put that in perspective, the 82.9 is not much better than St. John's and Providence in 2012-13.

And when you consider that 5 of their top-6 scorers from this season were seniors, there's NO WAY they're gonna be in the top 10 again.
