Over/Under for the first two TV timeouts

This year is 4 and 7.5 points. Why can't we even score a point a minute until eight minutes is gone in every game. This is the worst starting team in my 42 years of watching them. Ten minutes into the freaking game we finally start to score. Have a 7 minute pick-up game before the game. Lol. I bitch about it EVERY game.
