Overdue for a tournament limmerick!

So here goes:

We entered December with JB suspended
and for 5 out of 9 the team was upended
Juli told JM "it's now all behind ya"
His welcome back gift was North Carolina

They hung with the Tarheels but couldn't quite win
but the positive streak was soon to begin
The board was excited except for the trolls
and wouldn't you know we were back in the polls!

But the snit fairy came back and the team seemed to fade
and erased all the progress we thought we had made
The regular conference play was now finished
And our post season hopes had been greatly diminished

The conference opener made us all throw a fit
for the 3rd time this season we got beaten by PITT!
The team all but dead on a hospital gurney
NIT looked more likely than making the Tourney

Lunardi he dissed us and said we won't hack it
But there was the CUSE when they posted the Bracket!!!
We showed those damn trolls in spite of their hatin'
As the boyz wearin' Orange then throttled DAYTON!

MTSU upset Michigan State
But Cuse was all rev'd up to determine their fate!
Some half time adjustments and small JB tweak
meant Cinderella was soon to be beat.

Gonzaga is next up to encounter "THE" Zone
and from out of our region we will stand near alone.
It's likely only Virgina will be next on our journey
of Cuse's historic run through the NCAA tourney.

We'll be granted a rematch with our ACC brothers
and when we defeat them they'll cry for their mothers.
And truth it be told we've only had but one aim
and that is to play in the Championship Game!

And a huge deja-vu will be quite delightful
as we beat Rock, Chalk, Jayhawk again for the TITLE!!!
