Am I mistaken or did Shamarko seem to get less playing time this year than at least I expected? I know he got dinged last year, but if he was healthy I thought he would have have gotten more minutes. I thought he showed great promise last year.

Didnt Shamarko's mother pass away last spring? He has four or five siblings, and has been on campus for three straight years (likely has his degree or will shortly). I see no reason why he shouldnt test the draft waters. He could probably use the money.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear about his mother.
The reality is if you don't make it you don't get paid. No guaranteed $$ in the NFL and FA signing bonus certainly isn't going to support the family.
If he has his degree that's awesome. I hope he has a long successful career in whatever he decides to do.

I understand if you can't say much, but what is Phils and Coaches relationship? It seems to me as an outsider that Phil along with some of the other S.Florida guys have problems with him. I could be way off tho. Any insight would be appreciated.
