PA Gov gives $3M grant to second mile

It's not just Penn State. It's the state. People need to really consider if its worth doing business in a state that is so messed up at this point. City leaders in Pitt and Philly, who are not PSU grads, should be thinking of how to isolate State College even further. Shut that cess pool down. How coudl soemone even consider sendign their child there for 4 years after all this has come out. This just might bring down the governor though an external cry for that won't likley succeed and too many in state are involved it won't happen. Feds need to be invovled in this commonwealth.
