Lewis shouldn't be in the game as an Express back, he is a receiver. If you are going to run that kind of play need to have Phillips or Strickland in the game. They didn't even go for the fake, knowing Lewis wasn't fast enough to keep it for a big gain.

I think he has a magic 8 ball for 4th down situations. That's how I rationalize his 4th down decisions as a head coach. There is no consistency at all.
