Paralympic sled hockey

Not sure if any of you watched any of the Paralympics on tv the past week. I've mentioned on here before that I'm in a wheelchair. I really enjoyed catching some of the events. I watched the gold medal hockey game this afternoon and it was just amazing. I like to think I keep myself in pretty good shape - I lift weights and do pushups several times a week. But the endurance and strength of those guys to skate on those sleds only using their arms for 45 minutes is just truly amazing.
