Love seeing LSU coming back on Auburn today. Auburn can't lose enough. The only game where I could imagine rooting for Auburn would be agains Penn State.
I want a share a funny story that happened at my new job this week. The tech guy who was setting up my computer was wearing a Nationals cap. We got to talking sports, and he shared that he had gone to Auburn. I told him about my affiliation with Syracuse, and said to him, "You know, in upstate New York, we call him Pat Tie." He shook his head and said, "That's what we call him, too. Why would anybody play for a tie at the Sugar Bowl?"
We talked about baseball, and he shared that he was about to go watch game 5 with his mother who was a Cubs fan. I said, "Good luck with that." And he said, "Oh, this is nothing. She went to Alabama and I went to Auburn. We've learned how to do this."
