And I've seen this dynamic play out here 100 times.  The demanding begins and then it snowballs into "SU never does anything!!1!1!!  Why aren't they *doing* things?!?!" within weeks, if not days.

Personally, all I'm suggesting in this thread (and others like it) is that no one knows the basics of Babers' contract, no one  seems to know exactly how-or-if the staff is compensated relative to our peers, and no one knows what talks have transpired within the administration.  People should discuss, it's fun, that's why we're here.  But the frantic-ness is odd to me.
