I go to a high school football stadium in Ohio that has backs on all seats. I don't know what the administrations problem is in getting the work started. Surely they could put backs on the seats if that would make the fans more comfortable. I imagine it's the roof as Wildhack has mentioned in his comments that makes the Dome renovation a very difficult puzzle to solve or it may be that the money isn't there to do anything. In which case, how do you retain staff or a head coach with money commensurate with their peers if the cupboard is bare?

I imagine if it came down to Babers and staff jumping ship they'd find the contract with more money and extension with cars, and all the perks that go with it not the Dome renovation. But they better do something positive. :)
