The improvement has been off the charts. I would rather be proactive  and extend him now and pay him $3.0-$3.5 mil and his assistants more dough instead of being reactive and having to match a larger offer or loose him all together. This team is good, and the culture is much different. He is building something. I haven't felt this good about the program in a long time.
