Peach Bowl GDT

OSU fan sites: OSU beats down Clemson by 3 or 4 TD's........comments like cream puff, soft, over-rated.

Imagine if they introduced a draft system for college football.

I like the Bills. If I was their GM I'd offer Allen straight up to whoever drafts Burrow.

Time will tell if I'm GM material.

1) You always want to re-establish dominance in the second half before your start o substitute. Remember Oklahoma came back from a 25 point deficit vs. Baylor. No, Baylor isn't LSU and this is 35 points but still, at least extend the lead and then start pulling people out incrementally until your 3rd and 4th string get to play in the fourth quarter. That shuts the door.

2) That said, looking at this game, I think about the times when someone has wondered what a great college team could do vs. and NFL team. I think it would look like this. Burrow' ability to see the field, determine what he needs to do and his coordination with his receivers makes him look like the next Tom Brady. This is what Brady at his best with his best receivers around him would do to a great college team.

3) When I saw the shot of the LSU defensive captain calling his defense together and lecturing them, (they said it was about extra-curricular stuff that could get somebody suspended), I noticed that all the faces were black faces. I thought to myself, "50 years ago, that's Grambling." I would love to have seen Eddie Robinson's Tigers, in ther prime, take on the LSU teams of that era.

Imagine if Joe Burrow gets decapitated on this next snap

I love college football, but this game is what I can’t stand about it. The talent differential at the tippity top is kinda ridiculous. Relative parity is more fun.

Predictable outcome. I didn’t watch a second of it.

Yeah, winning by 5 TDs let's smash run the qb for a touchdown.

Overreaction alert. I would have thrown for 300 yards against that secondary and. PS... The Giants have the best young QB in the game this side of Mahomes.
Isn't Jackson younger than Burrows? Jones has to learn to hold on to the ball before we start anything with best young qb attached

I like that this game is going to give lots of fodder to the SEC elitists. This is just a big brother beat down. Oklahoma isn't physically on the same level at literally every position.
What'll be even funnier is if Ohio State wins it all. Their fans get to be like "Heisman trophy winner outta the SEC...Not good enough to play in the B1G."

Jones isn’t even the best rookie QB in his own class. Murray has done more with an even worse OL.

Imagine it happening in the first play of the championship game? He could get hurt in practice of have a car accident.

Um Jalen Hurts isn’t Lamar Jackson Laura Ruthlidge.
Lamar is special because he has elite speed to go with a good accurate arm.
Hurts isn’t close to the same level passer as Jackson.

Oklahoma to the B1G. Unless things change.
Yes. The death of the Big 12 is the next step. Four super conferences with 16 teams each.

Congrats to EO.

if you are a fan of the game LSU Clemson is the matchup you want

Seeing some of the usual SEC boasting on Twitter by NON LSU fans. Legit the weirdest behavior in all of sports across the world.

What do you mean? I love all the AFC East boasting that Jets, Bills and Dolphins fans have done for 20 years. A--C-EAST! A--C-EAST!

Oh wait.

Can we get Notre Dame to join a football conference for once? ND and West Virginia would make the most sense for the ACC don't think we want Iowa State or the Kansas schools, One of the Texas teams would be better but Texas isn't exactly the Atlantic Coast.

The closer we get to four with 16, the less of a choice ND has IMO. I could see Texas joining the ACC. I think they’re afraid of the Big 10.
