In the NIL era and conference expansion era why? Program will be irrelevant forever.

Clean house take a knee on this year and remind him he can openly pay players.

I think there are only so many schools the NCAA is allowed to investigate at this point and Memphis is probably one.

Now if there’s other stuff going on like violence and all that in the program totally different.

Makes zero sense. Was this an ultimatum by the AD to Penny? Have to imagine kids may transfer over this. So close to the season too …. The story will come out

Something's going on behind the scenes. WRT to transfers, the opposite may be true. It could be that the dismissals are designed to stave off mass transfers.
