This would be a variation on “top cheese” or “top cheddar” which are used to describe quality shots to the upper portions of the cage.

Now “guido” on the other hand is derogatory in some contexts but considering Carc is an Italian guy himself it is definitely all good.

Carc’s been saying “penthouse parm” for like 10 years, this isn’t new. As I said in the game thread, Anish following it up with “legalized marinara” was hilarious because I hadn’t heard that before.
