Yes, very possible. On the literal level, the 11 pictures could represent a review of last season, culminating with the MAAC Championship.

Yet, on the figurative level, the post could be seen as an "auld lang syne" - along the lines of "So Long, Farewell" from the Sound of Music or, "Good-Bye-Eee!" from the WW2 era, or perhaps similar to Benny Goodman's "Goodbye" back in 1935.

--or-- perhaps if we view the post from a critical perspective, the reference to number 11 could mean that he will make fans wait eleven more days before revealing that he intends to play this season, for the number 11 team in the ACC last year? (which would be SMU)?? ...and, if he intends to play the 3 (SF) on occasion, if we add 3 to 11, it could mean that he's going to play for the number 14 team, or perhaps, for his former coach, who will be functioning as a head coach in his third season?

One can only wonder. And the interpretive possiblities here are truly endless.
