Do we really have to manage ego$ that way, too, now? Expected minutes shouldn’t  dictate player value. Whatever you think it is today might be standard tomorrow or next year. When a team is as desperate to bump its performance as we are, don’t you kinda have to do something extraordinary/go above and beyond?

Lastly, unfortunately, we are still operating at a deficit in the coaching department and it’s going to require a ‘talent overage’ to compensate.
