Class of 2018 PG Jahvon Quinerly (NJ) Transferring from Villanova to Alabama

Got a chance recently to watch Quinerly, who is considered one of the top guards in 2018. Smooth old mans game similar to Tyler Ennis. Not real athletic and explosive, but had several crafty finishes around the hoop. Knocked down several threes but also missed a few free throws. Team runs basically a five guard lineup, so it was hard to get a great feel for his PG skills since he mostly played off the ball. Scored the game winning bucket on an iso play driving to basket hitting a floater. I'll continue to keep an eye on him and let you guys know how he progresses if SU continues to recruit him. He'll play AAU for Sports U. Which features Nasty Naz Reid and Louis King.

Visited Kentucky for their madness event with Quade. Staff needs to get him back on campus soon.

He is the only ONE that they went to see a few times and he came here many time. Name another one that they did that came close to Green. You won't. JB is the only one in that group of coaches that can recruit. As many open spots that we have open and only one commitment. And that is a 4 star kid from Canada.
