Eh, You'd think many of us would have more humility after being so wrong last year about our portal guys. I think the guy is wrong. I really like George, but he's allowed to have an opinion, even if I think it's wrong.

Of course. And the truth is, none of us know how this team or these players will play next year. The absurdity of it is to be so sure that the kid isn't good when top schools wanted him badly.

The staff deserves a ton of credit. They appear to have learned a lot from the mistakes they made in the portal last year as far as talent analysis.

I know Red was far from perfect, but I don’t know what coach could have won with that team last year. I have a feeling Red is going to become a lot smarter suddenly because he has more talented players.

I wish they started practice tomorrow. The program is back on the right track.

We have positive momentum and some really good roster pieces now to attract a top tier big who wants to win and maybe play closer to home (paging Quincy Ballard, lol). There will be more bigs entering the portal over the next 2-3 weeks, and I have to believe we’re talking to some others that are already in the portal. And yes another wing/SF would be great.

This feels like the starting 5. It seems like we promised Kyle a starting spot - Donnie at the 4, Kingz at the 3, backcourt of JJ/George. Not sure if Ballard comes to come off the bench.
