I wish Cuse would try recruiting out west again. This kid is in my backyard and I've seen him play a couple of times. He's a legit 6'10-6'11...5th ranked for the 2018 class. He plays D with his hands straight up and would be perfect for the back line of the zone. He's got some back to the basket moves as well. I don't see UK or Duke chasing him yet...just Kansas, UCLA (8 hrs away), Cal (2 hrs away) and Oregon. He's not playing for a home town school in Sacramento...that's for sure. We can compete with these schools and should at least reach out to him. Chris Mullin even came out here to see him so maybe he wants to get away.
