Been cooking since midnight. Should be ready in the next hour or so.

Also, even more impressive since it’s breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Caring about your guests is great!
Some of us slept from 1800 - 2200 to get some rest and have been up since. Most of the food was brought by neighbors coming over to watch. It's the custom in the Philippines to bring food when you are invited to someone's home.

Holy crap; you missed The civil war, both world wars and whole bunch of other stuff. Jumped right over the invention of sliced bread and the internet. Nice job, that was a long sleep.

Um, here in America, we frown on eating dog. Particularly when the home school's mascot is a Husky. Just saying.

karhre2003 - just busting on you btw. My wife is from guam so very similar food setup when people would come over.
No issues. Took me some time too get my wife to understand that we didn't need to bring food every time we were invited to someone's house in the states. Community is special in the Phillipines and people take it seriously.

We have friends in Guam and will be heading to see them on Thursday. Neighbors are bummed that we won't be there for the game this weekend
